1. General Provisions
This Privacy Policy is developed in accordance with the Federal Law of the Russian Federation No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data" dated July 27, 2006, Federal Law No. 149-FZ "On Information, Information Technologies and Protection of Information" dated July 27, 2006, and Federal Law No. 125-FZ "On Freedom of Conscience and Religious Associations" dated September 26, 1997.
The Policy applies to all information that the website of the Parish of the Transfiguration of the Lord (hereinafter — the "Site") may collect about the User during their use of the Site.

The operator of personal data is the religious organization "Parish of the Transfiguration of the Lord" (hereinafter — the "Operator"), acting in accordance with Canon Law of the Roman Catholic Church and the civil legislation of the Russian Federation.
Religious organizations, in accordance with Article 15 of Federal Law No. 125-FZ, have the right to process personal data of their members and participants for internal religious purposes without obtaining additional consent, provided such processing does not violate the rights and legitimate interests of citizens.
3. What Data We Collect
When visiting the Site, the following information may be automatically collected:

- Consent of the personal data subject to the processing of their personal data (Art. 6, Part 1, Clause 1 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ).
- Legitimate interests of the Operator in ensuring the functioning and security of the Site (Art. 6, Part 1, Clause 7 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ).
- Processing of personal data of members and participants of a religious organization for legitimate religious purposes without additional consent (Art. 15 of Federal Law No. 125-FZ).
7. Data Storage and Protection
The Operator takes necessary organizational and technical measures to protect personal data from unauthorized or accidental access, destruction, modification, blocking, copying, distribution, and other unlawful actions.
Personal data is stored in a form that allows identification of the data subject no longer than required by the purposes of processing, unless a longer retention period is established by federal law.
Data storage and processing is carried out on servers located within the territory of the Russian Federation, in accordance with the requirements of Federal Law No. 152-FZ on the localization of personal data of Russian citizens.
8. Blocking, Clarification, and Destruction of Personal Data
In accordance with Article 3 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ, the Operator applies the following measures regarding personal data:
- Blocking — temporary cessation of the processing of personal data (except for storage), applied when the accuracy of the data is contested by the User, when the processing is unlawful and the User requests blocking instead of destruction, or when the data is no longer needed for the stated purposes but must be preserved in accordance with legal requirements.
- Clarification — updating or correcting personal data upon the User's request when the data is found to be incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate.
- Destruction — actions as a result of which it becomes impossible to restore the content of personal data in the information system and (or) as a result of which material carriers of personal data are destroyed. Applied when the purposes of processing have been achieved, when the User withdraws consent, or when the data was obtained unlawfully.
The Operator maintains a log of all actions related to the processing, blocking, clarification, and destruction of personal data, ensuring transparency and accountability of data processing operations.
9. User Rights
In accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ, the User has the right to:
- Receive information concerning the processing of their personal data.
- Request clarification, blocking, or destruction of their personal data if it is incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, illegally obtained, or not necessary for the stated purpose of processing.
- Withdraw consent to the processing of personal data at any time.
- Appeal the actions or inaction of the Operator to the authorized body for the protection of the rights of personal data subjects (Roskomnadzor) or in court.

11. Policy Updates
The Operator reserves the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy. The new version of the Policy comes into effect upon its publication on the Site. The User is advised to regularly review this page for changes. Continued use of the Site after changes to the Policy constitutes acceptance of those changes.
This Privacy Policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation. Any disputes arising under this Policy shall be resolved in accordance with the applicable laws of the Russian Federation.
